Champagne and Wine upgrades are available for all trips, private and
non-private.
Gourmet Cheese Buffet Upgrade - $10 each person,
private charters only - $50
minimum, 2 hours of service
Imported cheeses including - St. Andre Triple Cream, White Wensleydale infused with Cranberries, Aged Cheddar and Italian Fontina cheeses, surrounded by select Fruits & Berries, Sesame Crisps, Fresh-baked Crusty Bread and Local Key West Smoked Seafood dip. (Substitutions as needed with the same or higher quality.)
Please note: The buffet upgrade is only available on private charters.
Catamaran Echo is always fully stocked with plenty of snacks and refreshments. Included on all our trips is...

- Crunchy Frito-Lay snacks and nuts to munch on
- Premium tropical fruit tray, which tastes great after a salty snorkel
- Ice cold beers (3) - Miller Lite, Corona Extra, and Heineken (21 yrs & up)
- Fine imported wines (2), now serving McWilliams Chardonnay and Shiraz from S.E. Australia
- Fresh water shower, Soft trampoline sundeck - the "Black Beach", Sanitized snorkel equipment, Shaded and sunny seating, Cabin with restroom, Stereo sound with "Sirius" Satellite Radio, VHF radio & cell phone communication, and the local knowledge of a great Captain and Crew
